Last night was, arguably, the coolest thing I’ve gotten to do in my career as a DJ/MC! (I thought I was prepared emotionally, but man was I mistaken!)
I hosted/emceed an amazing event put on by A Kid Again - Indiana Chapter at Sylvan Cellars Event Center & Tasting Room. Our mission was to raise money to help families that are going through health challenges.
Throughout the night, we heard a few testimonials from families that have been impacted by A Kid Again. Thank you to those families for sharing a bit of your story with us!
We were also lucky enough to hear songwriters/singers not only sing their hit songs, but also give us a story as to how their music came to life. These guys were amazing!
It was a no brainer when I was asked to help with this event! Having a past experience that directly connected me to an organization like A Kid Again , I was so excited to be part of it.
Through a few raffles and many generous donations, the ~100 guests in attendance managed to raise just over $67,000!
I can’t wait to see what we can do in the years to come!
