Philippians 4:13 🤍Inhale: “I can do all things…”Exhale: “…through Christ who gives me strength.”

Today I was reminded that I’m not nearly as strong in my own strength as I think I am. I came to God completely at the end of myself, telling Him how deeply I needed Him… and that’s exactly where peace met me. 🙌🏼🥹

There is something so powerful about slowing down, breathing deeply, and surrendering fully to God. His strength carries us when ours runs out.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed today, this is your reminder: you don’t have to hold everything together alone. Through Christ, you are strengthened, sustained, and never without hope. 🤍

But as for me and my family, we will serve the Lord. 💝🙌🏼

There’s something so powerful about generations worshipping together. Watching my grandson lift his tiny hand in worship at the altar… a moment I’ll never forget.

Thank you to my pastor, mentor, and friend for capturing this beautiful reminder that faith starts young and God meets us right where we are.

thank you for the Word. It touched exactly what my spirit needed.

Confession comes before possession. We will worship while we wait like it’s already done! 🙌🏼

Currently reading The Body Keeps the Score and I had to share my thoughts… (actually I’m listening to it, on speed read) 🫣😆

This book was recommended to me by a doctor, and if you’ve ever experienced anxiety, I truly recommend adding this to your list. It is so good.

It breaks down how our bodies actually hold onto trauma, sometimes in ways we don’t even realize. The way it explains the connection between our experiences and our physical and emotional responses has been eye-opening.

There are stories of veterans from war that have completely shifted my perspective. It’s helped me see my father and other vets in a deeper, more compassionate way. At the same time, it’s been like pieces of a puzzle coming together for my own life, helping me understand how both my choices and the experiences I’ve gone through may have shaped me.

Honestly… wow. This one is hitting deep.

If you’re on a healing journey, or just trying to understand yourself a little better, this book is powerful.

Started with a simple goal: walk around the block daily.
Then 1 mile… now I’m at 3 miles, and WOW, I feel it 😅

I’m tired. I’m sore. But I LOVE it.
I love that I’m alive.
I love that my legs work.
I love that I can breathe deep and move my body.
I love that I have a safe place to walk.

This is your reminder: you don’t have to start big.
Start small. Stay consistent. Build slowly.

You might be surprised what your body, and your mind, are capable of. 💪✨
