Memphis was a MOVIE! 😂🔥 Back in DFW after performing at K3 Studio Cafe, loving on family, and cutting UP in the city. From cracked windshields to legs cracked open in a handstand at the club… yeah, Memphis had a STORY for me! 🤣

Sometimes life has a way of bringing you right back home. 🖤

I haven’t been to Memphis in over a year, but when someone really close to me had an emergency, I knew I needed to make the trip. So I packed up, hit the road, and came home for a week.

And honestly… despite the circumstances that brought me here, I’m so happy to be home. ❤️

From the road trip and my window getting cracked 😩😂 to finally seeing my parents for the first time in over a year… this trip has already been one for the books.

The strongest people don’t always look strong behind the scenes.😮‍💨

Yesterday, I ended up in the hospital.🤕

Not because I gave up—but because I’ve been carrying the weight of building something bigger than myself. Running businesses, creating music, producing artists, developing shows, and chasing a vision that most people can’t even see yet… all while trying to keep life together.

Stress doesn’t always announce itself. Sometimes your body does it for you.☝🏽

This was my reminder that success isn’t just about working harder—it’s about staying healthy enough to enjoy what you’re building.

So today, I’m choosing balance. I’m choosing my health. And I’m choosing to keep going—just smarter.

This isn’t the end of my story by FAR..

It’s the moment I realized greatness isn’t built by sacrificing yourself… it’s built by protecting the person who’s creating it.

Hey ! Sorry for my sudden departure. I needed some mental health days! I even took 4 days off of work. 😌

BUT!☝🏽 In the future, these breaks will be planned at least one week out so there is better notice. I really appreciate everyone for the love and support on this show. This is very special to me, so rushing it is not an option for me.🤞🏽🤷🏽‍♂️

I am testing things to see what you all like so we will eventually get this thang together. It’s only me for for now.. but soon there will be many!🌎🔥🚀🫶🏽
