I realized quickly: the game at this level demands a different level of physical care. Training isn't just about lifting heavier it's about speed, recovery, and injury prevention.

- Pushing through injuries
- Ignoring lingering pain
- Not prioritizing rehab or stretching
- Thinking rest was weakness

- Embrace prehab and rehab sessions
- Focus on stretching and warming up
- Adapt to intense workout routines for performance and injury prevention
- Learn the body's limits and needs
It's not about being tough it's about being smart and staying on the field. Longevity comes from loyalty to taking care of yourself.
