🏡 BIG NEWS for Texas Homeowners! 🏡

The Texas House has unanimously approved two major bills to help cut property taxes! 💰

✅ Senate Bill 4 boosts the standard homestead exemption from $100,000 to $140,000 for all homeowners.

✅ Senate Bill 23 increases the additional exemption for seniors (65+) and individuals with disabilities from $10,000 to $60,000 — that’s on top of the $100,000 base exemption!

This is a big win for homeowners across the Lone Star State! 🌟
