MISSING 10 YEAR OLD!!!!
Little Elm police department Says Kylin Arnold was last seen at 3:14 p.m. Wednesday walking out of the Alta 380 apartment complex at 26535 E. University Drive on foot heading south.
He was wearing a light-colored hoodie, dark-colored joggers, and dark-colored shoes.
He is 5 ft tall and weighs 90 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes.
