It's every day that you wake up and choose to show up! Pushing past the days you don’t “feel” like it because you made that commitment. You have dreams to accomplish, and places to go. ✨

Next time a bad day rolls around and you feel like you haven't made strides in your business, that you aren’t doing enough that it's the small steps. The small motions you do that matter.

Yes, they are a partner but it’s still your business. It is important to learn to communicate with the person who you hired. 💪

You can create such a long-lasting relationship with someone who loves your business as much as you do. Support is everything.

I hear this all the time…

And honestly, valid point. 🤣

You can do it all, you probably have been doing it all. But should you?

🫠How often does your to-do list go unfinished and the tasks just keep piling on?
🫠How about the time wasted procrastinating a task you dislike?
🫠The time it took to learn these tasks you dislike

The feeling of sinking and never seemingly having the time to scale your business can be exhausting.

So why not outsource? To someone who would love to take those unloved tasks and put the time and effort in that you can't!

And all that time you spend putting off the task, worrying about the task, learning the task, etc.

Could instead be spent scaling your business and doing the things in your business that you love!

The worst happened…

You took a leap of faith and hired someone!

But then…
🫣It took weeks for them to figure out how you work
🫣The work is subpar and not your standards
🫣They aren't doing everything you agreed on and tasks are being left unfinished.

Sounds like you?? YEP!! Don't scroll!

Firstly, kudos to you for being brave! Trusting anyone with your business is hard!

Here's the thing…

You need to find out WHY the hire didn't work and that might take some uncomfortable time looking inwards.

🤔Were they busy trying to set up your systems and processes so they could do the job?
🤔Did you communicate your exact expectations and you hired someone who didn't fit your needs
🤔You hired when you were so busy and drowning that you didn't have the time to INVEST in your hire.

There are so many reasons that a new hire doesn't pan out but most of the time it's because you have unrealistic expectations.

Here are some truth bombs for you.

💥No one is going to come in month one and KNOW everything they need to. No one is a mind reader and everyone works differently. It's important to be patient and let your new hire learn who you are, and your expectations.

💥Be prepared to block time in your calendar to effectively train your new hire. This is the most important! You need to set them up with a foundation as they can best serve you!
