We will start assessing athletes at the 🧪in;
Vertical Jump
100 yard sprint
40 yard sprint
Push ups.
Top 5% from each age group will be offered to buy our Certified shirts. If they accept, they most wear it once a week. They can get called out by a peer to compete to join the pack April, July, Sep, Nov, Jan.
Anyone trying to join their age groups pack MOST beat 3 of 4 Certified Athletes.
Athletes also have to be trusted to do the right thing at all times. Maintaining the standard and helping those who are struggling. Their goal is to make it a challenge to join their pack 💪🏾.
