There were a lot of kids at this event so I filled in for coach for the first part. Kaedyn had his work cut out for him in the 12u 67 division as he just turned 10 so some of these kids have a year or two on him. The couple extra pounds allotted was nice as he never even had to step on a scale last week. Great job Kaedyn and way to keep wrestling! 👍🏻

Madi’s 2nd to last match of the day in the G5 division. Did y’all know that Madi also referee’d the event as well? This year as well as last year she has been refereeing for half of the day and wrestling the other half. This allows her to make some good money as well as wrestling. It’s a win win in my book! Great job Madi!

Kaedyn came into the 3rd place match with a full head of steam. With it being the last match of the day we always strive to finish strong! He did great and finished off the day with a solid win.

After taking a tough loss to our teammate Tripp in the semifinals we ended up on the Consi side of the bracket and we ran into our buddy Leo again. We’ve been battling it out all year long!
