1. Office team leader. The leads come to you. GMTV supplies the leads, money, technology, insurance, sales mechanism, recon, the works. You use your experienced brain, work ethic, and organization skills. You Need to be fast and efficient on a CRM system. Can appraise units over photos and vids. Can manage a staff of 3-5 agent buyers. Experience with funding, titles, fender tags, OEM equip vs resto mod equip. Spent time at collector car auctions. Can bid s**t and shineola. Look at a 2500 sled and a 200 grand perfect resto Mopar accurately. Want a desk job, this is in office only. You work my customers and leads for 10% net.
2. This position is for the guy the mines all avenues, but needs funding and resources to find his max potential. You work your customers leads. We do a 50/50 split. You create your own leads, you find your own cars. GMTV pays for them, titles them, transports them, sells them. Unlimited and I mean unlimited money resources depending on my opinion of your abilities to buy cars.
3. Same as #2 Above, but normal cars trucks and also exotic cars, even C&C and note cars, we do it all. Really 2 & 3 are same opportunity, but it’s very rare to have a specialists in all aspects. High line guy can also be truck guy but he’s not typically Ferarri guy and Mopar or GM muscle guy. Cheap car guy isn’t rent car guy, and so on.
We do train people, the GMTV way, the GMTV system. However, I can’t teach my program, and teach you how to buy cars that profit. This is NOT an internship. If you know how to buy and sell cars for a profit, then I can teach you how to 10x that flow, but cannot teach fundamentals. I need your paw paw, car dealing uncle, or step dad to have learned you that awhile back.
I’m looking for a guy I can send to Good Guys, Hot August Nights, or Woodward Cruise and come back with 10-30 cars bought, that will win more than they lose. A guy that is tired of having checks bounced by his current funding situation making him look bad, ruining his good name.
Our checks clear, that’s our speciality in the space. We talk it, but we walk it. We’re not selling rubber drafts, checks and hopes like some of the “big timers”, bottom line GMTV’s money is as good as a Lexus store or Carmax.
Some of you listen to me on radio and follow on social for awhile now. You’ve read this far, comprede what I’m saying. If you’ve always told yourself “if I only had enough buying power money and JCW’s lanes I’d get rich”. Ok, let’s do it then. GMTV did 2 Billion on purchase volule In 12 months in 2023. That is 8 million per banking day in 1 year. Not bragging, just putting it into perspective, I can afford to finance your book of business if you’re a do-s**tter, I’m not interested in big bulls**tters…dos**tters rule the world, I want them on team GMTV. Last year we only did 1.3 billion. Not consigned but PURCHASED PAID for and SOLD. We own em, there is a difference, that means I have 700 million of room to do more, with you.
