Here’s the truth: Your ideal audience isn’t looking for step-by-step guides or tips to figure it out themselves. They’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing — someone they can trust to get it done.

When I shifted my focus from teaching to showcasing the results I deliver, everything changed. People don’t need instructions; they need confidence. Confidence that you’ll solve their problem and do it better than they ever could.

If you want to work with high-ticket clients, stop giving away the ‘how.’ Show the transformation, the results, the proof that you’re the one they’ve been looking for. The right clients won’t ask for tips — they’ll ask for you.

When I hit pause on Bye Design’s social media, I never imagined it would lead to a total metamorphosis. But sometimes, stepping back is the key to moving forward in ways you never expected.

15 years in the social media game teaches you a lot. You learn to ride the waves of updates, algorithm shifts, and ever-changing trends. But what about when YOU need an update?

That’s exactly what happened here. A simple break snowballed into a full-scale revolution: a new website, a fresh social strategy, and a vision clearer than ever before.

Bye Design isn’t just back – it’s reborn.

Get ready for Bye Design 2.0. It’s been a labor of love, fueled by a decade and a half of experience and a newfound clarity that only comes from allowing yourself space to dream.

10 TIMELESS DESIGN PRINCIPLES FOR THE MODERN ENTREPRENEUR:


1 Balance is key: Harmony is the foundation of good design. Balance text, images, and negative space to create a visually appealing brand.

2 Typography matters: Fonts can make or break your brand’s personality. Choose typography that reflects your values and resonates with your audience.

3 Color psychology is real: Colors evoke emotions and influence decisions. Select a palette that aligns with your brand’s message and values.

4 Less is more: Don’t overcomplicate your design. Simple, clean, and concise visuals often make the greatest impact.

5 Consistency is king: Establish a strong visual identity and stick to it. Consistency breeds recognition and trust.

6 Imagery is storytelling: Use high-quality images that tell a story and evoke emotions. This will help create a deeper connection with your audience.

7 Negative space is positive: Don’t be afraid to use empty space to create a clear and focused visual message.

8 Authenticity is everything: Be true to your brand’s values and aesthetic. Authenticity shines through in design and attracts loyal customers.

As I sit at my desk, reflecting on my task list for the day, I'm filled with gratitude for the journey I'm on. Today, I get to:

- Meet with a development team to review progress on an app that rewards users and companies for giving back to their communities

- Create content to support a client's efforts in lobbying for a Medicare bill that will make a real difference in people's lives

- Create documents to help an occupational therapist empower parents to better support their children with sensory processing difficulties

It's moments like these that remind me why I started on this path. My goal has always been to use my talents to make the world a more beautiful and better place. It's a lofty ambition, but I believe that we can achieve incredible things.

I'm grateful that my work is aligning with my values and passions. I'm proud to be playing a small part in making a positive impact. And I'm thankful for the opportunity to work with amazing clients who share my vision!
