The highlight of the week was a Little Kids vs. Big Kids Triples Challenge at Kiwanis DGC with Cooper, Lincoln, and Westley Douglas (the Tri-Star Trio) and their dad Joel. We never stood a chance. 😅

The rest of the weekend included checking out some local restaurants in downtown Morristown, spending time with friends, and celebrating family. If you’re going to the Tennessee State Disc Golf Championship next week, be sure to checkout Between the Bricks, The Heavy Petal, and Cruze Farms Ice Cream after your round.

🥏 Last night the Vets Disc Golf Club - Morristown, TN hosted Dickerson Doubles at Frank Lorino DGC in Morristown, TN.

It was a great time getting to meet Chris Dickerson and play a hole with him. The weather was a bonus as it felt nothing like early-June normally feels in East Tennessee.

Thanks again to Chris for having this event and the VDGC for hosting it.

The late summer sunsets and the cold front that blew in last night, which knocked the humidity away in East Tennessee, are making for AMAZING summer disc golf. 😀

Yesterday evening we met up with the Douglas Brothers and their dad Joel for a round at Kiwanis. We played triples: Kids vs Adults. 🤣 It was a lot of fun, but whew was it humid. 🥵
