I started consistently stretching everyday a few years ago and I now at 59 years old can do the splits for the first time in my life and wake up every morning able to flat palm the ground 😄

Hammer curls target the bottom bicep pushing the peak of the top bicep up higher 💪🏻it’s kind of like when you were a kid and you would push your bicep up with your hand to make it look bigger 🤣

I was surprised to see these two cameos on the premiere of American Ninja Warrior last Monday. Tune in tonight to see if I get anymore airtime ( honestly I don’t know) but at least you’ll see lots of awesome ninjas crushing the course! I’m always so unbelievably grateful and blessed for the opportunity either way 🙏

I do all kinds of crazy stunts everyday and I never ( knock on wood) pull muscles or strain my tendons or ligaments. I chalk it up to doing this along with a flexibility routine consistently everyday 💪🏻
