Most dentists think they need more new patients.

Some do. Most don't.

I've seen practices quietly lose enormous amounts of revenue through systems that weren't working the way the owner thought they were.

Hygiene.
Scheduling.
Diagnosed treatment.
New-patient phone conversion.

The interesting part?

The patients were already there.

Before assuming the answer is more leads, more advertising, and more new patients, look closely at the practice you already have.

There may be far more opportunity inside it than you realize.

Only one way to find out whether a PPO is willing to negotiate.

You have to be genuinely prepared to walk away.
