INGREDIENTS

- 6 medium apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup

- 1/2 teaspoon black gel food coloring
- 1/4 teaspoon purple gel food coloring
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon extract (optional)

Directions:
1. First things first, give your apples a good wash and dry them thoroughly. To get rid of any pesky wax, dip them in boiling water for just a few seconds, then make sure to dry them off completely.

2 tbsp (25g) granulated sugar (adjust to taste)

Ingredients:
Lemon Curd:
- 100g lemon juice
- 2.5g lemon zest
- 150g sugar
- 150g whole eggs
- 120g butter

Instructions:
1. Mix eggs and sugar until dissolved.
2. Warm lemon juice and zest.
3. Combine with egg mixture and stir.
4. Heat to 82°C, strain, then heat to 50°C. Add butter and stir until smooth.
5. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Cookie Crust:
- 80g butter
- 50g powdered sugar
- 26g whole egg
- 133g low-gluten flour
- 15g almond flour

Instructions:
1. Cream softened butter and powdered sugar.
2. Gradually mix in eggs.
3. Stir in almond flour, then sifted flour in batches.

4 large Russet potatoes, sliced into wedges

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp ground pepper

1 tsp Italian seasoning

⅓ cup Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking pan.
