Creamy Chicken Spaghetti in Cheddar Garlic Parmesan Sauce

Ingredients:

12 oz spaghetti pasta
1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely diced
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 cup chicken broth
2 cups heavy cream
4 oz cream cheese, cubed
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions:

1. Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Season the chicken pieces with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5–6 minutes. Transfer the chicken to a plate and set aside.
4. Reduce the heat to medium and add the remaining tablespoon of butter. Add the diced onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
5. Sprinkle the flour over the onion mixture and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in the chicken broth and heavy cream until smooth and beginning to thicken.
6. Add the cream cheese and stir until melted. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the cheddar, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheeses until the sauce is thick and creamy.
7. Return the chicken and any accumulated juices to the skillet. Add the cooked spaghetti and toss to coat evenly in the cheesy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.

Crazy Good Casserole

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup

1 (10 oz) can Rotel tomatoes (diced tomatoes with green chilies)

1 (16 oz) package egg noodles

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1 small onion, diced

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)

Directions:

Cook the Noodles:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the egg noodles in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Beef Mixture:

While the noodles are cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.

Stir in the garlic powder, paprika, red pepper flakes (optional), and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well and remove from heat.

Prepare the Sauce:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, Rotel tomatoes, and sour cream. Stir until smooth.

Assemble the Casserole:

Add the cooked egg noodles and the ground beef mixture to the sauce and stir until everything is evenly coated.

Pour the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the casserole.

2 cups grated potatoes (drained well)

1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)

2 eggs

3–4 tablespoons flour

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Oil for frying

Ingredients:
- 6 medium apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon black gel food coloring
- 1/4 teaspoon purple gel food coloring
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon extract (optional)
- Candy apple sticks

Directions:
1. First things first, give your apples a good wash and dry them thoroughly. To get rid of any pesky wax, dip them in boiling water for just a few seconds, then make sure to dry them off completely.

2. Now, it's time to insert the candy apple sticks! Push one stick halfway into the center of each apple to get them ready for a sweet transformation.

3. Grab a heavy-bottomed saucepan and combine the granulated sugar, light corn syrup, and water. Place it over medium heat and stir until all that sugar is totally dissolved and looking nice and smooth.

1 cup (150g) frozen strawberries

3 tbsp (45ml) strawberry syrup or strawberry jam

2 tbsp (25g) granulated sugar (adjust to taste)

1 cup (120g) ice cubes

Instructions:

20-24 wonton wrappers

Directions:

Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:

In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
