This was probably the first keyboard I ever played in front of people when I was like 14 years old. Now I have this sweet baby girl to bang on it with me 😭😍. Never could have imagined!

Little in ear rig with our X32 rack. Wired headphone amp with 1/8 extender cables is simple and reliable. Crystal clear and loud, as much FX or crazy EQ as we want, and options for what processing to send for the house mix.

This is a rundown of my live keys rig on Ableton. I use this any time I’m just using a midi controller or in cases like this where my church just has an interface connected and not the Nord outputs. I have basically the same sounds and controls set up with the built in sounds and features on my Stage 3. I’ve used this session for years off and on— NI Kontakt with “The Gentleman” Upright Piano, Omnisphere (just updated to 3) for pads, hosted on Ableton for great mapping and control. It gets more complex if I need to also run tracks or maybe just click 😬

Excited about the new “wood” (fake wood that looks very real) acoustic treatment in our studio! Tightens the room up, cuts some nasty mid range slap back, and gives a nice vibe too.
