We’ve been re-evaluating our supply, demand, and our clients' needs.
Here are some initiatives we cover in these changes:
-Lights are no longer built into the price of a studio rental. This allows for a lower entry price point for those bringing their own equipment and a more a la carte approach for those renting equipment

-Planned Overtime and Unplanned Overtime: While lowering the cost of OT in the studio in general, planned OT is charged less than Unplanned. For example, if you are planning on a 12 hour day in the studio, your hours after 10 will be charged differently than if you were planning for a 10 hour day and ended up needing 12.

-STUDIO B: As of tomorrow, Studio B will be receiving an HVAC upgrand and will be fully conditioned and functional no matter the outside temperature.

-The Full Package: Need both Studios for a shoot? Take 20% off your studio rental fees

-Lighting Packages: While you can rent any gear in an a la carte fashion, save money by bundling these commonly used packages with state-of-the-art equipment

-Studio Technicians: Studio Technicians were always included in the price of a studio rental. Some parties needed and leaned on a studio technician heavily, others didn't need the service at all. This is our answer for those who are self-sufficient in the studio.

-New Equipment Providers: and are regional photography and cinema equipment providers. Our partnerships with these companies allow us to bring state of the art equipment to the studio for little to no extra cost than renting equipment directly.

-A new introductory membership package is now available for those who want to dip their foot into using our spaces. Memberships are a great way keep your creativity rolling in an affordable fashion.

-Discounts for Test Shoots, Non-Profit, Multi-Day, and Student Projects available. Prep/Strike Days are also discounted for multi-day shoots.

🚨 Important Gear Alert 🚨
Now available for use in Studio A, Telescoping Hangers!
Telescoping hangers allow more flexibility in the rigging and positioning of lights and modifiers when rigging off of the lighting grid.
With both 3-6' and 4-8' extension options (we have 3 of each), these extenders allow for more efficient use of our space with the ability to use more lights with less stands on the ground, and less cables on the ground.
Pair these with our wireless DMX control system and have full control over your lighting set up with the touch of a button.
Another additional benefit is getting our C*c Lights closer to the wall for more potent colors and more perceived power coming from the lights to the camera.

The same goes for us. When you shoot in our space, we ensure you’ll have what you need to excel, as well as make your clients comfortable and confident.
As a rental space, we COULD just book your time without asking questions, let you in the door and let you do your thing, however, thats not our style.
Instead, we immerse ourselves into your project, go over your goals for your rental period, and set you up for success by ensuring you have the proper tools for the job. If we see a hole in the plan, we’ll make recommendations based on our experience.
