YOUR BETTER WATCH OUT by JAMES S MURRAY and DARREN WEARMOUTH was a race against the clock style slasher that doesn’t let up until the last page.

This book had all the terror and gore of movies similar to SAW and had me absolutely hooked on page 1.

If you’re looking for a QUICK and different type of Christmas read to end the season? This one is it!

Personally, I love both. I was so excited to share the gift I got for my partner, we ended up exchanging gifts last night 😂

DADDY ISSUES by KATE GOLDBECK was SO MILLENIAL and perfect for anyone who has had a complicated relationship with their dad and trust issues or lowered expectations after it. Anyone who was/is and overachiever and was/is terrified of failure in any capacity. Anyone who has felt the crash of the job market and had to move back in with their parent, especially if it was during or after Covid. And anyone whose dreams or opportunities have hit a brick wall due to *gestures around the usa.*

With quick pacing and quick witted dialogue, this book pulled me in and didn’t let go and I can’t wait to read more by this author!

📚 Book Review: Fan Service 📚
Genre: Rom com

💭 Review 💭
FAN SERVICE by is one of my favorite romances this year. It was fun, quirky, and had just enough steam. I loved that the characters were older millennials in their mid 30s and 40s who did not have everything figured out yet. Watching their growth throughout the story felt honest and deeply satisfying.

This book made me swoon, laugh out loud, and want to hug the characters tight as they worked through past trauma and complicated feelings.

If you love supernatural romance, stories that deliver all the feels, or books that celebrate fandom culture, this one is absolutely for you. Especially if you have ever been part of a fandom yourself.

I actually still can’t understand how it’s Monday today 🫠

….I still have a weekend hangover, as in I have clients in 1.5 hours and I can’t comprehend that work is real and I’m a PEASANT in the working class and that utilizing my brain today will have to be a thing. I need an IV of matcha in my bloodstream STAT. Truly wish I could just lay in bed all day and listen to my audiobook!!

Started off this holiday season with the some of best baddies I know at ‘s Holiday extravaganza!

I got to see the rockettes for the first time, go to the top of the rock, have a delish dinner, go to a crafting event run by , eat sushi, and then dance and sing the night away with some of my favorite people. 🫶
