This business was literally born out of necessity. As a small business owner, I discovered that I had a need. I am absolutely confident that your business has this same need. I am committed to meeting this need - that is assuming you want more customers and more revenue for your business.

I started a small business in 2007. Even though my business was a local or regional business based on services provided in the home, I quickly discovered the importance of having a website. Even though I was not conducting e-commerce and selling products on the web, my business needed to be able to be found online. That presented a real struggle for me.

The reason that online presence was a struggle for me was primarily due to the fact that companies that provide this service are generally very expensive to hire. Well, where there is a will, there is a way. I worked, and worked, and worked. I made myself very proficient in many skills regarding my website. I earned some Google certifications and learned a lot via “trial by fire”. Even my competitors finally said “how do you do that and who did you hire?”

Fast forward now to 2018 and beyond. It has become absolutely imperative for every small business to have a website. Recent studies show that 97% of consumers report looking for products online before purchase, even when they plan to purchase from a local retail store or shop. I am not aware of any business that does not have at least one of their competitors advertising online, even if they do not themselves.
