Okay, I said what I said. š
Stop starving yourself.
You do not need to live on tiny portions, skip meals, punish yourself or constantly try to eat as little as possible to be healthy.
And if youāre working out and trying to build a strong body? You need fuel.
You need enough food.
You need enough protein.
You need carbohydrates for energy.
You need healthy fats.
You need consistency.
Because you canāt expect your body to build muscle, recover from workouts, have energy, and feel good when youāre constantly asking it to run on empty.
And no⦠eating more doesnāt automatically mean gaining weight.
Learning how to fuel your body appropriately is a skillāand itās one I wish more women were taught.
So if youāre stuck in the āI just need to eat lessā mindset, maybe itās time to ask a different question:
āWhat if I need to fuel my body BETTER, not just eat less?ā
You deserve to eat. You deserve to feel strong.
