Carvana
Has anyone else purchased a car from the vending machine?
I’m on my 3rd car from them 1st no issues 2nd some defects they took care of right away. 3rd very much in question - picked up this 3rd car already warnings on the dash so figured it was problem a sensor since Carvana normally stands behind what they sell because of the 150 point inspection. So I took it to the preferred repair facility where they found multiple sensors and issues on top of uncovering the bumper which houses the antenna and around 8 sensors can not be put back because all the plastic mounting areas where crumbled. So I took this info back to Carvana after silver rock which all these companies are owned in part by drive time decided I don’t need a bumper or the mounting brackets for the sensors they already authorized. With the rear bumper being around 3200.00 to replace with paint match so there would be brackets capable of holding the sensors that control most of the safety features on the vehicle. Carvan sent me to the executive department where they would respond in 24 - 48 hours well got a call today the carvan executive said the only way it will be covered is if silver rock approves it so if they don’t I get no bumper and no safety features way to go for the win Carvana Chicago Vending Machine I literally paid 1000 for shipping which was non refundable and because the vehicle has been stuck in theshop since I got it I passed the 7 day return. Carvana could have easily made thing right by fixing the issue in a timely manner but they have me jumping through hoops. The remote for the vehicle was wrong, I’ve missed two appointment for the recalls to be handled, spent 1000 on shipping and still no car. And really no help from Carvana at all. business bureau general
