Economic recession has caused major publishing companies and developers to scale back and create games for smaller platforms with larger install bases. These developers, instead, create rushed ports of existing games, which are then released on platforms they weren't intended for. This has left a sour taste in the mouth of gamers and fans; however, an opening for lesser known game developers has o

pened. Indie game developers used to focus their development efforts on these platforms yielding in great returns. Working with a small team on a project, with great design and direction, leads to massive profits. Trying to cash in on this new emerging market, many big game publishers and developers have abandoned dedicated gaming devices to peruse these smaller markets, by creating rushed ports. Now this brings up the question about games for these dedicated gaming devices. This radical shift has caused companies like Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft to become much more welcoming to indie game developers and have created a massive new opening in the digital market place for smaller developers.

Thankfully many fans have rush to the studios and in the form of donations and purchasing memorabilia to help the company....

We here at Pixel Force have been hearing discussions about some of our actions and things we've said. Some people may have felt hurt or betrayed by said words and actions. The bay area film community is an incredibly tight-knit one, and we understand that this makes things even harder for those who are affected. From the bottom of our hearts, we want to apologize for those that have been negatively affected from our actions. This is the last thing we want to do to anyone, and for those who have felt disrespected or disregarded, we are truly sorry.

The most important thing for us is to grow and improve ourselves going forward, not just for our benefit, but for the community at large. It is important for us to acknowledge our flaws and makes ourselves better from it, because the last thing we want is to hurt those who have supported us. Because of this, we are opening a forum and want to talk with those who feel they have been affected by this. You can either message us privately or meet with us in person so we can learn where we can be better as individuals and as a company.

Thank you for again for taking the time to talk with us so we can learn from our mistakes. We hope that we can grow from this.
