The is pleased to announce the opening of a new Indian Consular Application Centre (ICAC) operated by at 800 S Figueroa St., Suite 1210, Los Angeles, CA 90017, w.e.f. 15 December 2025. The Centre will function from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM and on Saturdays also for the benefit of applicants. All India Diaspora Community members can now apply for Passport, Visa, OCI, Renunciation of Indian Citizenship, GEP, Attestation/ Misc. services at above centre.

Dear Community Members,

Fremont city continues its 3 year old tradition to celebrate Festival of Lights - Diwali by raising a Diwali flag is of immense significance to all of Indian community as it showcases community’s contributions in making Fremont a culture rich, diverse, safe and happy community.

This year flag raising will occur on Monday, Oct 20th at 12 noon in front of City Hall. Diwali flag will proudly flutter along with US and California flag.
Fremont is the first city in California and perhaps US to honor Diwali in this fashion.
