Good Morning!
How cool to have a year to plan! Please share any and all ideas on how we can improve our Halloween Bash Fundraiser. We are listening! We've had a couple of suggestions already. One is to welcome enthusiasts to reserve a table for their own party. Makes sense as we already have the DJ, MC, cash bar, costume contests, Haunted Cottage, killer decorations with massive grave yard for social media pics, lots of amazing animatronics! With the cost of this reservation, they are automatically enrolled in a private contest. A Themed Table Contest. If everyone at your table is dressed in a theme you could win a trophy. There are also many other perks to purchasing your own table, from free raffle tickets that include a free Halloween drink, ect.! Thoughts?

Great News!! We found a sponsor that wants to help our efforts in making the 2024 UYSS Halloween Bash a bigger draw. Exciting scary animatronics! I feel like a kid in a candy shop! The following are the props we are getting. We will need to line up some volunteers to put them together, check them out, get them ready for 2024. Any one interested in helping? It's also for a fabulous cause. Assisting this non-profit raise funds for homeless prevention is key!
