At 4 am I missed a call from Fresno PD about Signature Spaces getting its window broke for the 8th time, 4 of them that were burglarized and I had my suspicions who did it. Yesterday I saw him sitting on the sidewalk of the complex and it took all I had to not kick his face in. This time my business neighbor saw him break the window and yell at him to not do it. This guy isn’t around that much and I had a feeling he’d do something but I blew it off. Then though out the morning I’m getting reports he was just seen but I could never find him. Finally I was told he was at the AM PM sitting at pump one. I drive over there found him and called 911 and after some convincing dispatch sent officers to me. As soon as he saw officers, then seeing me approach them he grabbed his pants with one hand like he does and scurried off with feet so painful he can hardly walk. Jaywalking across Tulare St. and almost getting hit with the officers moving the patrol cars behind him. Before this the officer was telling me how he don’t want to approach him and he do something that causes them to take him down or hurt him and they get in trouble. I said that I can get the eye witness here and he said we don’t need him or you, we know he did it. He has priors and were just afraid of him doing something they have to take drastic measures to apprehend him. I went back in the store to give them their pen and paper I borrowed then I went their direction and saw them coming back and I’m thinking he got away but they turned in the parking lot went back in the corner where he was trapped. I can tell there is a scuffle going on, them calm. I’m talking to Linda on the phone and the police call me saying they have in custody everyone safe and thank you for facilitating this arrest he is al bad one. Maybe we got who I think is the one who’s responsible for breaking in spaces all four times.

In the last month Asignlum new venture Signature Spaces has been broken into 3 times. Four plate glass windows smashed now the back door pried open and the rest of everything I have used to do what I do has been taken. They will not defeat me. I will overcome the powerless feeling you get when burglarized. Laurelwood Center will continue to have new life through all this and the costly set backs. Keep an eye on the new grounds as they get landscaped. Maintained with pride that will make this little corner of downtown a show piece Fresno deserves to have. In the near future events will bring a breath of life to downtown.
