"I emailed Subco to cancel an account of a family member with dementia who had been ordering & receiving multiple magazine subscriptions. I explained the situation and asked to have the account canceled. The correspondence with Errold was prompt and went a step further to add the mailing address to their internal Do Not Mail List to prevent future orders.
