Life is about experiences.
I have to remind myself not to get caught up in the day to day grind, forgetting to be present in the moment.
There’s a lot of beauty, perfection all around us if you slow down & look.
If you connect to that part of you that feels more than thinks.
The part that still wonders at everything as if it’s new & seen for the first time.
Take a step outside when the world is quiet.
Be alone in the silence.
Listen with your heart instead of your mind.
There you will find all the answers,
all the peace,
all the comfort,
all the guidance you ever need.

Sometimes the best way to figure something out is to slow down enough to hear the guidance…..
If I need answers or advice, I really try to be in solitude in the moment that I need it if possible-Whether that’s first thing in the morning or in the middle of the night, I feel it’s crucial to a few minutes to allow yourself to quiet the busy mind & connect to your inner being and Source to receive the guidance that would serve you best right now.
I know it’s a tendency for us to go to other people for advice, but their advice is often colored with their own past experiences & opinions they’ve formed because of them.
Because of this, I feel that the purest advice comes from a place within.
When you get quiet, grounded, and open to receive, and then ask your questions, the insight you come away with will be exactly what you need to move forward purposefully & with grace.
The peace that you receive is unlike anything you can get outside of yourself because it comes from Infinite Intelligence.
And it will show you a way through anything, no matter how difficult.

The dark night of the soul is a time of deep inner reflection often brought about by specific challenges designed to help you w**d out the imbalances within yourself, discover your strengths/weaknesses, & heal deep seated wounds.
It’s a process that involves being brought to your lowest point in order to allow you to reach within yourself to harness strength reserves you may not know you have.
Essentially, it’s the complete disintegration of the lower vibrational self, so that the more evolved version of you can rise.
In order for this to happen, you have to be decimated so that you can rebuild yourself & leave anything that is limiting you behind in the ashes.
Some people experience only one such life changing occurrence in a lifetime, but most will go through a few cycles of this transformative process before they reach a place of quiet resilience & inner peace.
My best advice for navigating it successfully:
Confront the pain.
Get comfortable with the discomfort.
Understand that only way out is through.

What you resist, persists, so confront those wounds and imbalances head on. The more honest you are with yourself, the more growth you’ll establish.
