TOMORROW! ✍️ writers’ circle is back at it with a bit of a continuation from the latest themes and homage to our mothers. The first prompt we ever did at Waterworks Gallery circle was writing about your mothers’ hair. It was beautiful how vulnerable everyone and it’s been great to see how our local writers have grown! As always, the no rules on what to write, needing to share, or even being supplied. JUST SHOW UP! 🙃 bring whatever food and drinks you’d like and can’t wait to see you there!

Coming at you with another Writers' Circle announcement! We are meeting next Tuesday, April 29th, 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm, at A Waterworks Gallery! 

Our theme next week is Old Gods! We will be focusing on mythology and the symbolism of ancient traditions and deities, with plentiful inspiration from the old gods to craft your own mythology, or write a divine-inspired poem like Sappho. Share with the poster with your friends, and we'll see you 4/29 for some divine inspiration! ✨️📜🌕

We are ready for spring and star crossed lovers! Lots of art, music, and story telling in April! First Friday featuring with a house vinyl DJ from 4-8pm. Make sure to get tickets early for IVLC showcase this upcoming Saturday and Pig War comedy show on April 26th. Movie night will be Baz Luhrmann’s “Romeo + Juliet” and make sure to check in with for a special event the next day. As always, Open Mc is every Sunday.
