THE WOMAN. THE MIND. THE HORIZON. | TERESA SCHINDLBECK
I’m proud to announce that my good friend, Teresa Schindlbeck has been selected to be a featured guest on Next Level Thinkers | A Charting New Horizons of Brilliance Podcast. Teresa became a mother at sixteen, entered entrepreneurship in her early twenties, went on to build and scale businesses, lead hundreds of people, oversee more than 150 locations, raise three children, navigate success, failure, faith, reinvention, and more than one chapter that demanded something new from her.

Some people are interesting because of what they’ve done. Others are interesting because you can feel there is still something forming underneath the surface. Teresa Schindlbeck is that kind of person. There’s intelligence there, instinct, curiosity, contradiction, and a willingness to keep moving toward questions that don’t come with obvious answers. That’s what I want to get into when she joins me on Next Level Thinkers | A Charting New Horizons of Brilliance Podcast, not a résumé, not a victory lap, but the way a mind evolves when life has given it enough experience to know that the next horizon usually begins where certainty ends.

Tune in. This one is going somewhere.💥

ARE WE OUTSOURCING OUR GENIUS TO AI?
Jim Morris said something during our conversation that should make all of us think: “I think outsourcing our genius is the scariest thing for me.” AI can already write for us, think through problems with us, advise us, remember us, and even become a companion. But Jim pushed the conversation somewhere deeper. What happens when we become so accustomed to machines doing these things for us that we slowly stop exercising the very human abilities that built us: critical thinking, intuition, struggle, curiosity, communication, and the ability to genuinely connect with another human being?

That part of my conversation with Jim hit me hard because this isn't really a conversation about what AI is becoming. It's a conversation about what we're willing to give away.

Watch my full conversation with Jim Morris, author of *Connect or Die: How to Survive A.I.*, on Next Level Thinkers | A Charting New Horizons of Brilliance Podcast. Then ask yourself something I think we're all going to have to answer: Where am I using AI to strengthen what I can do, and where might I be allowing it to replace something I should never stop doing for myself?

THE HUMAN CONNECTION AI CAN'T REPLACE
Coming soon to Next Level Thinkers | A Charting New Horizons of Brilliance Podcast, my conversation with Jim Morris, author of Connect or Die: How to Survive A.I.

Jim and I got into something much bigger than technology. We talked about the people we allow close to us, how relationships influence who we become, the difference between confidants, allies, and acquaintances, intentional integrity, knowing when a relationship has run its course, and why real connection sometimes requires someone willing to tell us what we don't want to hear.

Then we took that conversation directly into AI.

As artificial intelligence gets better at listening to us, remembering us, encouraging us, and communicating with us in increasingly personal ways, Jim and I explored a question I believe we're all eventually going to have to answer:

What can exist between two human beings that no machine, regardless of how intelligent it becomes, can ever truly replace?

This is an upcoming episode you're going to want to see.

TWO FAITHS. ONE FAMILY. REAL CONVICTION.
David Einhorn is Jewish. His wife Meredith is Christian. Neither had to erase an important part of themselves to build a life together. They had to confront real questions about faith, marriage, children, tradition, and what each believed mattered enough to preserve. That part of David's story fascinated me because emotional intelligence becomes much easier to talk about than to practice when the person you love holds convictions different from your own. Their marriage offers something worth considering in a culture increasingly tempted to treat disagreement as incompatibility: you can know what you believe, respect what someone else believes, and still build something meaningful together.

💥Watch my conversation with David Einhorn and see what two different faith traditions inside one family can teach us about conviction, respect, and love.

At 10, life took a drastic turn when mother's addiction led to foster care. Moving between homes, a passion for martial arts became a constant. Working odd jobs for training, a unique system was forged.

HOW HUMAN DO WE INTEND TO REMAIN?
We are happy to announce that we have selected Jim Morris to be a featured guest on Next Level Thinkers | A Charting New Horizons of Brilliance Podcast.

Jim is the author of Connect or Die: How to Survive A.I., CEO of Human Touch Publishing, and creator of the IMPACT Effect Conference. His work has led him into a larger examination of relationships, trust, integrity, leadership, and the people who influence the direction of our lives.

That immediately got my attention because we're living through a period where technology is learning an extraordinary amount about how human beings communicate. AI can listen, remember, respond, recognize patterns, and increasingly participate in conversations that feel personal. Jim's work asks us to think seriously about the condition of our own relationships while all of this is happening.

There is also considerable life behind the philosophy Jim teaches today. I'm going to leave much of that for our conversation because I want him to tell that story himself. Understanding where his ideas came from is part of understanding why Connect or Die carries the weight it does.

That's the conversation I'm interested in having with Jim. I want to understand what connection has taught him about leadership, what experience has taught him about trust, and what he believes we need from one another as the world around us continues to change.

Jim Morris is coming to Next Level Thinkers | A Charting New Horizons of Brilliance Podcast.

Follow along and stay close. This is a conversation you'll want to hear when it arrives.🔥🔥🔥

Does the fuel that helped us survive one season of life still deserve to drive the next one?

Chris Harris has a way of talking about adversity that sticks with you. He didn’t spend his life trying to pretend the difficult parts never happened. He learned how to use them. He talks about saddling his demons, riding them, monetizing them, and eventually making them pay rent.

There’s something powerful in that idea because it puts ownership back in your hands. Your past may have shaped you, but it doesn’t get unlimited authority over who you become. What interests me now is where that philosophy goes as the man himself continues to evolve. Does the fuel that helped us survive one season of life still deserve to drive the next one? That’s part of where my upcoming conversation with Chris Harris on Next Level Thinkers is going. The episode is about to drop. Tune in, because we’re going beyond The Warrior Maker and into the thinking of the man behind him.

Waking up in a hospital bed, barely recognizing his own body after losing 53 pounds and fighting a rare, deadly flesh-eating bacteria. Dr. David Hausmann shares his incredible fight for life after coding three times and battling a 2% survival rate.

This episode of Next Level Thinkers: A Charting New Horizons of Brilliance gets into what happens when life forces you into a version of yourself you didn’t choose. I sat down with Dave Hausmann DC, a man who died three times, survived one of the deadliest infections in the world, and woke up to a completely different reality. We talked about that space where you can’t think your way out of it and you can’t rely on what used to work. There’s a moment where everything you built no longer applies, and you have to decide who you are without it. At some point, it really does become you versus you.

Dr. Hausmann’s injury wasn’t just losing a leg, it was everything around it collapsing at the same time. A rare infection took over his body in hours, led to multiple surgeries, life support, and a decision that would change his life permanently. But what stood out wasn’t just what happened physically, it was what happened mentally and internally after. We talked about surrender, not in a passive way, but in a way where you stop fighting what you can’t control and start paying attention to who you’re becoming. He also broke down the difference between discomfort and actual danger, and how most of us get that wrong more often than we realize.

This conversation sits right at the core of what Next Level Thinkers is about. It’s not about going through something, it’s about what you do with it after and how it shows up in how you live and lead. This episode will make you look at where you’re still holding onto control and where you might be giving your power away without noticing it. It also pushes you to ask a better question, not what do I need to do, but who do I need to be right now. Because when things change like that, the old version of you doesn’t carry you forward, something else has to.

We're happy to announce that we have selected Dave Hausmann DC to be a featured guest on Next Level Thinkers| A Charting New Horizons of Brilliance Podcast.

David Hausmann died three times.

He survived one of the deadliest infections in the world, lost a leg, and came back into a life that no longer matched the one he left. What followed was a full reconstruction: physical, psychological, professional, and deeply personal.

Today, he is a clinician, entrepreneur, and adaptive athlete working at the intersection of health, performance, and identity. His work in amputee healthcare and functional medicine is shaped directly by what his body went through and what he had to rebuild.

That is why he belongs on Next Level Thinkers.

This podcast exists to spotlight leaders, builders, innovators, and high-agency individuals who take lived experience and turn it into ex*****on. David’s story is not simply about survival. It is about how a person rebuilds their body, mind, mission, and work after life breaks open in a way most people will never understand.

We meet David in the present.

At the Adaptive Training Foundation, inside a five-day hyper training program built around two-a-day sessions, David was back under pressure. The environment was controlled, but the work was real. Fatigue accumulated. The body was tested again. Around him were others who had lost limbs, function, or pieces of their former lives. No one there was starting from zero. Everyone was working with what remained.

At the core of David’s story is a single idea:

“It became me versus me.”

That line is not a slogan. It is the structure.

Through Stronghold Health, AmpuHealth, and his advocacy in amputee care, David is building directly from what happened to him. The same fight that forced him to rebuild his life now informs how he helps others regain control over their bodies, their health, and their future.

This is the kind of conversation Next Level Thinkers | A Charting New Horizons Of Brilliance Podcast was built for.
