This document proves that Dallas Mayor in 1963, Earle Cabell was a CIA asset at the time JFK was assassinated and had been since 1958.
His brother, Charles Pearre Cabell, was the DEPUTY DIRECTOR of the CIA until he was forced to resign by President Kennedy on January 31, 1962, following the failure of the Bay of Pigs Invasion. Prior to that he was Director of Intelligence, US Air Force, 1948-51 and Director, Joint Staff, Joint Chiefs of Staff, 1951-53
Their father, Ben E. Cabell, was Mayor of Dallas from 1900–1904 and their grandfather, William Lewis Cabell, was the 14th, 16th and 20th Mayor of Dallas going back to 1874. He had been an Confederate States Army Brigadier General in the Civil War.
Allen Dulles became the first civilian Director of Central Intelligence (DCI), and its longest-serving director to date. As head of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) during the early Cold War, he oversaw the 1953 Iranian coup d'état, the 1954 Guatemalan coup d'état, the Lockheed U-2 aircraft program, the Project MKUltra mind control program and the Bay of Pigs Invasion. He was dismissed by John F. Kennedy over the latter fiasco along with Charles Pearre Cabell,
On November 29, 1963, President Lyndon Baines Johnson appointed Allen Dulles as one of seven commissioners of the Warren Commission to investigate the assassination of the U.S. President John F. Kennedy. The appointment was later criticized by some historians, who have noted that Kennedy had fired him, and he was therefore unlikely to be impartial in passing the judgments charged to the Warren Commission.
Dulles was appointed to cover up his and the CIA's involvement in JFK's assassination.
