How would you treat the person you love most in the entire world?
You would care for them.
You would want them to be happy.
You would want them to be healthy: physically and mentally.
Everything should be the best, right?
So,
Why do you fall short of loving the most important person in your life?
You!
You deserve all the care.
You deserve to be happy.
You deserve to be happy: physically and mentally.
Self-care isn't selfish!
It's a necessity.

Your LinkedIn profile has hidden real estate.
And you’re wasting it.
25 characters.
That’s all it takes to spark action.
Most people scroll past this LinkedIn feature.
You’ve probably ignored it too.
I’m talking about your pronoun section.
Yes, that tiny piece of text right under your name.
But here’s the catch:
It’s not just for identity.
It’s prime real estate.
25 characters you can turn into:
A mini pitch
A call-to-action
A reason to connect with you
Imagine someone landing on your profile and instantly seeing:
“Helping you land 6-figure offers”
“Let’s build something great”
“DM me for collabs”
Clear. Bold. Direct.
Because here’s the truth:
Most people bury their value.
But you? You’re about to put it front and center.
Small tweak. Big results.
Now the question is:
How will you use your 25 characters?
Share in comments.

Most people start their careers chasing titles.
Manager. VP. Director.
But something happens along the way.
New experiences sneak in.
Fresh perspectives shift priorities.
And suddenly, it’s not about the title anymore.
It’s about the skills.
Because titles can be taken away.
Skills can’t.
That’s the trap so many fall into:
→ They define themselves by a role.
→ They forget to build the toolbox that makes them valuable anywhere.
The smart ones?
They pivot.
Not because they’re “unfocused.”
But because they’re evolving.
That’s the difference between chasing recognition…
and building resilience.
The real flex isn’t the letters in your job title.
It’s the skills you carry long after the title disappears.

Confession: If I could start over, I’d change the name of my show.
(Yep, I said it.)
When I launched The Who Ya Know Show 8 years ago, it made perfect sense.
For someone in job search, the phrase “it’s not what you know, it’s who you know” clicks instantly.
But here’s the truth:
Not everyone gets it.
And I can’t blame them.
Clever ≠ clear.
Because this show has grown into something far bigger than just networking.
We started career-focused.
Then we expanded into self-development.
Then we sat down with thought leaders, business owners, real estate tycoons, and entrepreneurs.
It became about more than jobs.
It became about transformation.
Health.
Wealth.
Career.
Life.
And if there’s one thing I’ve learned over these 8 years, it’s this:
“Who ya know” makes all the difference, not just in business, but in every area of your life.
Now I’m curious:
If you were me, and you had to rename the show today,
What would you call it?
Drop your ideas in the comments sections.

People don’t leave jobs.
They leave environments where they don’t feel seen, supported, or connected.
Covid changed everything.
Quiet quitting became a buzzword.
Retention? A massive headache.
But here’s what it really taught us:
Bringing your team together, checking in, creating real community: it’s not optional. It’s essential.
I’ll admit it: I was guilty of overlooking it.
But watching the fallout? I learned the hard way.
Consistency matters.
Small gestures matter.
Weekly check-ins, authentic conversations, and actually listening, that’s what keeps people from quietly slipping away.
If Covid taught us anything, it’s that connection isn’t a perk. It’s the foundation.
Ask yourself today:
When was the last time you genuinely checked in with your team?
- People can see your energy, not just read words.
- Your elevator pitch gets scaled: one video can reach hundreds.
- It builds trust faster. (Because people feel like they’ve already met you.)
Think about it:
Recruiters look at thousands of resumes that blur together.
But a video? That sticks.
This isn’t the future of job searching.
This is the present advantage.
If you’re looking to cut through the noise → start here.
One video could do what hundreds of resumes can’t.
