Ok instant espresso is low key FIRE. It’s affordable and convenient plus I can customize it however I want!! I’ve been adding my vanilla Cowboy Colostrum for the health benefits, it’s my favorite supp for bloating, but it also makes my coffee SO smooth and creamy!!
Here’s my recipe:
- instant espresso
- brown sugar
- pinch of salt
- mixed my Cowboy Colostrum into milk for creaminess!!! *Use my code 25MICHELLE for a discount!!!)

THE ENDING 😭 Nash rocked kindergarten today! Probably one of the biggest mom moments ever and it turned out better than we could have dreamed of!! Our kids are SO READY! We did it!! 👏

I always choose a chore over food 🫠 then I’m STARVING and need food within 5 seconds or I’ll freak out. Meet the teacher was a success!!! It’s an overwhelming & overstimulating day but as the days go on and we’re in our new little routine I just know we’re gunna be thriving!! Now let’s see if I survive the first day of school. 😅
