During my recent visit to Stockholm, I stopped by a Circle K charging station. This visit reminded me of the thoughtful infrastructure built around electric vehicles (EVs).

The station featured multiple high-speed chargers, battery storage units, and well-planned parking spaces, all designed to make charging simple and reliable. This experience highlighted that the success of EVs isn't solely about creating better cars; it's about developing the ecosystem that supports them.

Having driven a fully electric car since 2018, I've learned that range anxiety fades when the infrastructure is robust. Charging becomes a seamless part of everyday life.

Looking at Bangladesh, I see a significant opportunity. While the conversation around EVs has begun, the challenge lies in creating the infrastructure necessary to support millions of electric vehicles in the future.

This requires investment in:
- Fast-charging networks across cities and highways.
- A stronger and smarter power grid.
- Battery energy storage to alleviate pressure on the grid.
- Digital platforms that simplify and enhance the charging experience.
- Policies that encourage businesses to invest in EV infrastructure.

The positive aspect is that Bangladesh doesn't need to start from scratch. We can learn from countries that have already made this transition.

As someone with over seven years of EV ownership experience, I believe the future is not just electric; it’s connected, digital, and powered by smart infrastructure.

I hope we begin building that future today rather than waiting for demand to drive us into it.

On the 6th, I say goodbye to Ericsson.

From joining as a Master’s Thesis student in 2012 to leading global teams as an End-to-End Test Manager, this journey has shaped me both professionally and personally.

Thank you to every colleague, mentor, and friend who made these years unforgettable.

Now it’s time for a new challenge as I begin my journey as Managing Director & CEO of NeosCoder.

Once Ericsson, always Ericsson.

1.5 months. That’s all it took to shift gears.
During my recent stay in Bangladesh, NeosCoder didn’t just “operate”; we accelerated.

Some visits are symbolic.
This one was transformational.
In a span of just six weeks:
• Strategic partnerships were secured with Riseup Labs Limited and Brain Station 23
• New leadership onboarded, CTO & Head of IT, instantly aligning ex*****on with vision
• Nationwide engagements, from DataHub to field-level site visits across the country
• Late-night appraisal sessions that were less about evaluation and more about resetting standards

And we didn’t stop at strategy.
We built culture.
We built momentum.

A 3-day post-Eid Fair that brought the entire team together
• Football, offsite interactions, and real team bonding beyond meeting rooms
• Multiple vision alignment sessions, culminating in “The Next 2026” roadmap with leadership

Then came ex*****on 👇
• Successfully launched 3 flagship solutions at The Next event
• Rolled out our own NeosCoder-branded EV vehicle
• Kicked off ARRA Ride-Sharing, marking expansion into a new domain

What stood out the most wasn’t just the milestones,
it was the pace, clarity, and presence of leadership.
Because sometimes, progress doesn’t need more time.
It needs the right energy in the room.
And for those 1.5 months,
we had exactly that.
