Yesterday, The Money Pit Recording Studio was a scheduled stop for Tim Chapman, of RTM Tape Manufacturers, located in Avranches, France.

The “Studio Tour” began 10 days ago in Memphis, went to Muscle Shoals, Nashville and RALEIGH before stopping in what Tim describes as, “the quaint little town” of Discover Front Royal, VA.

Recording The Masters (RTM), has toured various studios all across America that use magnetic tape to record, which has made a huge comeback the past 5 years. “

“Wow! This truly IS a genuine, fully analog studio!” exclaimed Tim, upon entering The Money Pit’s door. “It’s been a LONG TIME since I’ve been in one!”

Caught some of THE ROCK BOTTOM BAND’s performance at Discover Front Royal VA’s Summer, Weekly Gazebo Concert yesterday. It was great! It was also good to see fellow bassist, Tim Grant, accompanying the talented musicians.
