Hey everybody! I just wanted to share a little update on fishing with me this summer. I am currently recovering from abdominal surgery, nothing life threatening, but it will have me off the sticks for a while. My booking calendar is CLOSED until the second week of August 2025 (my best month for numbers and size in 2024). If you were looking forward to getting out with me between now and then, I apologize.

With that being said, I understand some of you may have been looking to fish while in the area on vacation and August won't work for your timeline. If that is the case, please feel free to reach out to me and I can try to get you in touch with the right people.

If you have suggestions or happen to be a fellow guide in the area, please feel free to post suggestions and/or advertise yourself below.

Also, if you have your own gear and just need a watercraft, Down RIver Canoe Company, Front Royal Outdoors and Front Royal River Adventures all provide rental and/or shuttle options.

Again, I apologize for any inconvenience and would love to help you get out on the water however I can.

I am (still) most definitely NOT a writer, but I had really fun weekend back in March fishing alongside some absolute hammers in southern Virginia. I can't stress enough how important it is to always be learning and this experience was my next progression for stepping up my angling/guiding game. Thanks for looking!
