Eminem and his daughter, Hailie Jade, helped erase more than $700,000 in unpaid school lunch debt across 103 schools, ensuring that thousands of students could receive meals without worrying about outstanding balances.

The donation was intended to combat food insecurity while removing the financial burden and social stigma many children experience when they can't afford school lunches. By paying off the debt, the initiative allowed students to focus on learning instead of worrying about whether they would have something to eat during the school day.

Lots of you wanting to be more involved specifically, our project to get the true facts down about North Lansing. Please send me a message. We can brief you guys on the work being done with CADL Local History team and archivists including collecting as many photos, recording your memories and stories (easy, have all the progear to do podcasts) even better, meet up and have some fun. We are now able to get you stickers, shirts, hats maybe more but we need to know what you prefer. I will get sticker sizes posted today or tomorrow - Message me or call anytime. Mary's Store, Illinois Avenue - would add photo credit but forgot who posted it a while back. Let me know.
