☀️ Summer goal: get a little color without the burn.
If I’m not hiking or working this summer, I’m planning to spend as much time outside as possible enjoying the sunshine. After spending most of the year chasing waterfalls and mountain views, it feels nice to slow down and just relax in the sun once in a while.
I was at the eye doctor with Jeff yesterday and learned something interesting: melanoma can develop in your eyes, not just on your skin. It was a good reminder that sunglasses are more important than we often think. 🕶️
I also learned that leafy greens and colorful fruits can help support eye health, so that’s one more reason to keep adding them to the menu.
Here’s to a summer of sunshine, outdoor adventures, sunscreen, and taking care of ourselves along the way. ☀️💚
What’s your favorite way to spend a perfect summer day? 🌿☀️🥾💦
