🔥 Structure Fire – Raleigh, NC (Wake County)

🕙 July 5, 2025 | Dispatched at 10:23 PM

This evening, Raleigh fire crews responded to a working structure fire involving a boat in a garage with heavy fire extension into the roof and attic. The fire affected multiple areas of the home, including Division C, Division 2, and knee walls in the garage and bonus room.

Crews quickly established a water supply and deployed multiple lines, including a third line to Division 2. Firefighters made an aggressive interior attack and conducted thorough searches on all floors. A cat was reported inside and was later found. One firefighter from Engine 18 was evaluated for an injury but declined transport. All personnel were accounted for with a complete PAR check.

🚒 Battalion 5 took command as operations were divided between Divisions C and 2. A second alarm was requested but later canceled after significant progress. Fire was eventually knocked down in all attic spaces, including a separate attic above the garage.
