So how did you start YOUR Monday?

This was my launch into the new week with a sound bath. 😳 yep. A full-on theta brain wave clearing of the mind. I was also gear testing some of the products and some soon to launch from hestoutdoors at the Outdoor Media Summit. I have to say I’m the newest fan of the brand. I’ll be excited to do a more thorough review in the weeks to come.

When you find yourself in the literal middle of nowhere on a road trip 😳 because there was no place to stop for the last 100 miles weaving through remote Appalachian communities.

While it’s always nice coming “home,” it’s easy to miss my home and routines in England. I especially miss the quaint villages that are my neighborhoods and the endless public footpaths where I find new adventures with every hike.

I’ve seen some animals do some strange things for food, but get a load of these royal swans at the Bishop’s Palace in Wells, England. They swim across the moat to ring a bell where the lady in the little window drops food for them. 🦢
