Growth never results from a single big action. It comes through daily routines.
When I was 10, I read an interesting and funny story that perfectly depicted the reality of many
people who want to become successful quickly. The story was about a man named Kamelo who
had an appetite problem, so he went to see a doctor and explained what was happening. The
doctor examined him and prescribed a syrup to help with the issue. When the patient got home,
he tasted the medicine and began to feel better. After three days, eager to heal faster, he took
the rest of the medicine all at once.
Many people who want to succeed sometimes do what Mrs. Kamelo did. They take a big step
one day, then rest or sleep, expecting a big result the next day. Often desperate, they stop
working and abandon their dreams. Success doesn’t have a magic formula. Projects rarely
produce quick results. If you sow today, don’t expect to harvest tomorrow. You should water
your garden, add fertilizer, and pull weeds. That work should be done day after day, week after
week, month after month, and even year after year, waiting as long as necessary to reach the
desired outcome.
When you see people achieve great success, the key is to learn from their experiences. Know
their stories, connect with them, and most importantly, love and bless them. Follow their
examples by adopting their techniques, and even become their students. These kinds of coaches (teachers) are usually around you, through books you read, on social media, etc. Paying for access to their educational content might be another good option. The journey to (great) accomplishment is often long, challenging, and laborious. You should follow a path that can lead you to your goal. It’s also important to celebrate every small victory, which can help motivate you to keep moving forward.
In summary, life requires patience, sacrifice, and most importantly, learning from those more
experienced than you if you want to achieve a high level of success. Whether your project is big or small, you should be patient and work with discipline every day until you reach your goal. Another key point is the experience of others; without it, you risk spending too much time, although sometimes mistakes can teach us valuable lessons for the future.
