Swamp Records gnv's student-run artist resource agency Our goal is to help promote and support local Gainesville talent and help take their careers to the next level.

We are an organization that will offer marketing, PR, recording, and booking services to local musicians and bands. Our mission is to bridge the gap between the Gainesville and University of Florida music scenes and create a central hub for music networking and collaboration. This project is run by a group of passionate students and faculty that have experience in the music industry or have hopes

We believe that music has the power to bring communities from diverse backgrounds together. ICE exists to tear them apart. We stand in solidarity with immigrants from all backgrounds and believe they deserve the same rights to freedom and safety in our borders.

Join us December 5th to celebrate immigrant communities and fundraise for Immigrant Safety Fund. This organization is dedicated to community-based activist projects, one of which being the Immigrant Safety Fund! All funds raised will go towards family reunification, access to legal representation, and release from detention while awaiting hearings.

CAMPAIGNS APPLICATIONS ARE NOW OPEN!

Are you a musician or band looking to take your music to the next level? Swamp Records is now accepting submissions for our next round of campaigns! Apply at the link in our bio.

A Campaign is a semester-long collaboration between an artist and our Campaigns Team, essentially a PR team with a time limit. Think of it like having a full creative team backing you- focused on helping you grow your brand, promote your music, and connect with new audiences. During the campaign, you’ll work with us to create promotional materials, such as an Electronic Press Kit (EPK), and develop social media content. You’ll also strategize everything from playlist pitching to branding and booking opportunities. You’ll also receive tools to help you continue building your career, even after the campaign ends.
We tailor every campaign to fit the artist, meaning your vision and goals are at the center of what we do. Whether you’re prepping a new release, developing a fresh aesthetic, or just want support in building your audience, we’re here to help.

remember that time we sold out our debut nyc show? we certainly won’t forget it 🚕🍕

cheers to a weekend full of music, laughter, and joy with swampies new and old, our beloved swamp records alumni, and friends of swamp all together. new york city welcomed us with a sold out debut show and all our best friends in one spot, and we could not be more grateful for this experience.

thank you to the team that made it happen, those who came on the trip and those working behind the scenes from florida, and of course, the bands whose talent made us believe it was possible .con
