This is insane! Basically, the argument is a sitting President can force taxpayers to pay any him/her any amount requested without ZERO guard rails whatsoever. The fact that this story does not dominate the headlines says a lot about Trump, journalism, and where we are as a country. There's not even a faint whif of pretense impelled upon the electorate. The theft is in broad daylight flaunted directly in the face of all Americans. Everyone has seen those videos in San Francisco(and other cities) where someone fills up a cart at CVS and walks out with paying. WE.... Amercians are the CVS. The shopping cart is Donald Trump's pocket. Who voted for a President to write a blank check using THEIR money? Oh...Jimmy Kimmel defamed me. The taxpayers owe me $150 million. And that bad Seth Meyers hurt my feeelings. That'll be another $125 million. None of this is okay.

WASHINGTON (The Borowitz Report)—Breaking with a longstanding Thanksgiving tradition, on Monday Donald J. Trump refused to pardon the White House turkey after it failed to offer him an appropriate bribe.
