Less than half of K-12 educators would advise their younger selves to choose a career in teaching.

We’ve seen this before and it’s only getting worse y’all. Quality teachers are leaving OR simply being pushed out the door. No wonder our children are not reading or doing math at grade level. We are running out of great educators!

When teachers are not feeling appreciated and there is a constant risk of being laid off due to LIFO, mental health declines, resulting in subpar education.

We must end LIFO now, demand quality teachers of color in our schools and support the great teachers we have, the best we can.
