Billy Walker Debuts First Ever Solo Album In Conjunction With Godsey Media Management.
Nashville, TN (October 4, 2022) - Billy Walker is no stranger to the stage or radio airwaves. For nearly 30 years he traveled and sang with one of Gospel music’s most beloved family groups, The Walkers. Last year, when his mother and sister retired, Billy made the decision to stay in full time ministry as a solo artist. Today, fans across Christian and Gospel music have an opportunity to experience the culmination of a year’s worth of prayer, planning, and production as Billy releases his first solo album, The Final Score.
Billy Walker has partnered with Godsey Media Management throughout this production and rebranding process. CEO Scott Godsey took the lead during the A&R phase to find great songs that lined up with the new direction of Billy’s ministry. Scott also produced the tracks with a select group of Nashville’s finest musicians. GMM President Paul Secord produced Billy’s vocals and gave direction to the vocal arrangements. Together, the entire team at Godsey Media poured into a project that sits on the exciting edge of Southern Gospel and CCM, with beautiful shades of modern worship and even faith country. The Final Score is a testament to Billy’s roots, his amazing craft, and where God is leading him.
Executive Producer Scott Godsey says, “Billy has a true anointing that you hear and feel. He sings the lyrics to life. I truly believe that we have captured that on this album and you will feel it too.”
Paul Secord states, “An album like this doesn’t just happen. It’s built from the ground up with life changing messages said in a new way and captivating melodies that keep the listener coming back for more. And, Billy allowed God to wring him out into every note and lyric. This album is Billy Walker.”

You’ve prepared, researched, bought the equipment you’re ready to do this. Or you’ve been doing this at a high level but feel like there’s more to do......”Now What”? That’s what this online course, some say “challenge” is all about. The hosts of this online course are 3 individuals that are have a long history of dream chasing and passion for Gospel Music artistry. They are ready to answer the question...... “Now What”?
The “Now What? 22 Gospel Artist Online Challenge” will be a 5 Day Course that aims to help artists develop and perfect their talents and ministry. There will be 10 hours of training through 2 sessions each night covering various topics such as: Promotions, Ministering, Production, Marketing, Programming, Vocal Techniques, Practice and Preparation, Ministry Exposure, Song Writing, Stage Presence, Performance and more.

The past two years have been a fast track for Godsey Media Management thriving in streaming and digital marketing development. Godsey Media Management continues to grow with the addition of new staff and a new Christian Country media division, Steeple Country. Rick Schweinsberg is no stranger to Christian Country music or its talented artists.
