Treat God's Word casually.
Ignore conviction and rationalize sin.
Know what God says, but do what you want.

If you have a HIGH view of God you...
Take God's Word seriously.
Repent of your sins quickly.
Obey God with reverence no matter the cost.

How you view God will shape every decision you make. A high view of God leads to a life marked by reverence, obedience, and surrender. Don't treat a holy God casually let your life reflect who He truly is.

We kicked off part 1 of our new series, “A Church That Pleases God”!

We need to be first a reverent church… because a reverent church fears the Lord and lives with a sincere obedience to Him.

"The Lord delights in those who fear him, who put their hope in his unfailing love." — Psalm 147:11

Reverence for God isn't a fear that drives us away from God, but an awe that draws us to Him.
