🥩 The legendary Big Texan 72-oz Steak Challenge has arrived in Gallup, New Mexico with the Route 66 Caravan!
Usually found in Amarillo, the famous one-hour eating challenge made its first New Mexico stop today at McKinley County Courthouse Square in Gallup as part of the Route 66 centennial celebration. 🚗🌵
