🧳Weekend Get-Away Idea🌳🦌

Red River, NM is only about 5 hours away.

Nestled in breathtaking mountains, Red River is a fantastic relaxation destination. Listen to the gentle roar of the river, observe a variety of wildlife and eat delicious food.

My highlight— Watch butterflies 🦋 flit and dance with each other and if you’re lucky one may land on you.

A great place for campers, fishing, and any nature lover. Plus it’s a lot cooler and slower paced.

Summer nightly Native American dances takes place on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from June 3rd, 2025 to August 6th, 2025, from 6PM to 8PM in the Gallup Downtown Courthouse Square. Experience authentic traditional dances from a variety of area tribes, with traditional drum, rattle and flute instruments, along with explanations regarding the cultural traditions that surround these dances. It is a great opportunity to experience Native American culture, music, and dance, while visiting vendor booths filled with authentic Native American arts and crafts in Historic Downtown Gallup. www.VisitGallup.com/Dances.
