The City of Galt announced to residents via social media on Sept. 1 that there will be a temporary closure of the pedestrian and bike path between Kost Road, Lincoln Way and Chase Drive.

We recently moved our main office to a new office in Carmichael. Unfortunately, Comcast has completely screwed up our service for internet and telephones. While some services are working, all our telephone lines are currently down and showing as “invalid numbers” and not even going through to our voicemail system. Comcast has not given us a timeline for when they can have the problem resolved.

There was also a recent internet security update that has blocked some of our email from coming through. We are working to resolve that issue.
