It's important we understand the difference between a STING OPERATION and a FRAUD, and this is my layman's perspective (not a lawyer).
A STING OPERATION is where investigating authorities set up surveillance and even embed undercover agents to catch real criminals in the act of committing a real crime the criminals would normally commit anyways - for example, deploying massive surveillance equipment and Military Intelligence Personnel in advance to track, gather, and analyse massive election fraud and record its perpetrators as the election fraud was occurring during the 2020 Election. THAT IS A STING OPERATION.
To the contrary, fake or corrupt police officers purposefully inviting law-abiding citizens into a Federal Building, waving them in and opening doors for them, while another corrupt Agency or two deploy rioters at another end of the building to sack the same building, then that Agency arrests the innocent law abiding citizens who were invited in, and all for the purposes of blaming the false flag attack on a Duly Elected President to overthrow him, THAT IS FRAUD.
Accordingly, an Agency making Official Reports to the Public that the bombing of a Federal Building where investigation evidence was being stored was due to a group of men driving a rental truck, when the building actually exploded from the inside-out, THAT IS FRAUD.
Similarly, an Agency making Official Reports that a hijacked jumbo jet somehow flew into the Pentagon where investigators were investigating certain crimes, when it was actually a missile strike that hit the building and killed the investigators, THAT IS FRAUD.
And finally, when an Agency fabricates a fake "dossier" and submits it to a FISA Court for purposes of initiating and then again for continuing a spy campaign on a Duly Elected President for the purposes of overthrowing that Duly Elected President, THAT IS FRAUD.
Further, when the latter 4 mentioned above FRAUDS were acts resulting in death of Americans and/or terror to Americans THEY ARE TERRORISM & TREASON, or if such acts were purposed to overthrow a Duly Elected President, just TREASON.
So there is clearly a huge difference between a STING OPERATION.....and FRAUD, TERRORISM + TREASON.
Then if the Justice System has been captured by a Foreign Power through corruption, bribery and/or blackmail, then only the Military System of Justice would have the power to deal with such a rogue Agency.
And finally, under an 1878 Constitutional Law precedent, and a Landmark precedent at that, FRAUD has big consequences, such that the FRAUD committed would invalidate that Agency's authority and right to exist:
"fraud vitiates everything"
