Which dress for my mother?👗💚💚

My brother is getting married this fall I have a dress picked out finally for myself but it's narrowed down to two for my mom and we are about even on family and friends voting on which dress.
Dress 1 longer skirt with straps
Dress 2 scallop neckline and sleeves and knee length skirt.
Bride hasn't given a dress code or color for mother of groom.🥰

Help me choose please!

I want a minimal clean dress, that’s what I’ve always envisioned. I’ve tried on well over 50 gowns and browsed hundreds online so I think I’ve narrowed it down to these 3. I need help from brides or brides to be or just anyone with experience with dress shopping! Here’s the catch- I’ve only tried on 2. The others I found while browsing but given I have been at this for the last month, I know what looks good on me and I think I understand fabric to a certain degree…

My thoughts:

Dress1: I’m concerned the first one is too busy. However I love the floral appliqué, basque waist, and the idea of sleeves. I’m thinking the designer or any good seamstress might be able to make the lace detachable or at the very least ensure the sleeves can be removed for the reception.
I’m also concerned it’s crepe and I wonder if I could request it in charmeuse satin? Any advice?

Dress2: It’s crepe. I would absolutely ask if it can be made in charmeuse satin but if not then is this flat/boring?? I know I can accessorize with the vail and maybe add long sleeve gloves? Or do I ask if they can add appliqué to the closet? Would that drastically change it.

Dress 3: Love the fabric (charmeuse satin) and basque waist. But i keep thinking about 1 with the appliqué and lace.

Black Tie Wedding👗🫧
I'm going to a black tie wedding outside of New York City. It's an evening wedding and I'm pretty sure it's outdoors. My mom and husband liked the dress at first, but I felt it was too extravagant/immodest. What do you think?🥰
