Introducing Mike Deaver and Kyle Deaver with their 1981 International Eagle 4300 — winners of this year’s “Best Jake’s” award. They’ve had their eyes on this trophy since day one, and this year, they finally brought it home! The Deavers show up year after year with multiple trucks, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their unwavering dedication and support.

**Trucker Spotlight**

With October being National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, how about a truck that wears pink too? Meet Becca Mies and her 2015 Peterbilt 389 named “Udderly Spoiled.” Becca has taken home her fair share trophies from us but this one seems to hold more value than the others. She took home “Sponsors Choice.” This trophy is picked by our sponsored family for the year. However, this was our first time actually having the sponsor old enough to pick it herself.

Trophy sponsor Dickerson Custom Trucks. We cannot think this company enough! They have been making our trophies since the second year and knock it out of the park every single time. They are truly great people to work with. They also built some pretty awesome rides themselves.

**Trucker Spotlight**

Meet Nic Baker and ”Break”n”Away” Built by Davis Brothers design now owned by Silver Steer Trucking. This beautiful truck is a 2023 Peterbilt 389 with 115,000 miles on it at 303” wheel base. This truck was a big fan favorite from the exterior to the interior!

Nic Baker took home Furthest Traveled this year by bobtailing 537 miles just for the show! Yup, you read that right. That’s about 9 hours of driving to get to us and we greatly appreciate it!

Not only did he take home furthest traveled but he also took home Peoples Choice Second! Congratulations Nic!

We are getting further away from this years show and closer to next years show. It’ll be here before we know it. That being said, here is a very good recap on our 2025 show done by Stephanie at Diesel Addict Photos! She has been with us from the first show till now and she finally made it out to cover it. It has been great to get to know her over the years. Quite a few trucks that participate in our show have been featured in 10-4 magazine courtesy of Stephanie. We cannot thank her enough!
